I love seeing the difference The Maisha Project makes in Kenya and also here in Oklahoma. Making other people aware of this organization and all they do is a big part of what I strive to accomplish. It’s important to get the community involved in The Maisha Project and make them aware of how they can help.

Where do you see yourself in 15 years?

This question is relatively hard, because I have no idea where I will be in five years, much less 15. I see myself working or running a non-profit similar to The Maisha Project, and taking trips to Africa (or wherever the organization is based) quite frequently. I see myself playing in a worship band at a church, and happily married with a house full of kids… or at least a few by then. More than anything, I want to be helping people in need and spreading the Gospel in every aspect of my life.

What’s one thing on your bucket list?

I want to go backpacking through Europe. I got the idea after watching an episode of “Little People Big World,” and embarrassingly enough, I’ve wanted to do it ever since.

Favorite food:

I can’t pick just one.
